He is survived by his father, Clifford of Johnston; three children, Ashley, Tiffany and Matthew of Johnston; one brother, Roy Holseid of Washington; and three sisters, Karen (Mel) Flanders of Polk City, Delores (Jeff) Allsup of Indianola and Linda Holseid of Des Moines. He was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel.
