Those who know me will know who I'm about to talk about. I've never been so frustrated with our legal system and how it caters to a woman, who they know dam well is not telling the truth, who makes false accusations of assault. On July the ninth as I was dropping off my son after our scheduled visit, I'm separated by my wife of 20 yrs btw, I went to enter my garage like many times I have in the past and was confronted by my ex saying that I was not going in there. Apparently she was leaving my garage unlocked or open when she was not at home and I asked her to keep it locked. This seem to upset her and she stood in front of the door and would not let me in. When I reached by her to grab the door handle she grabbed my arms and started to push me backwards. Then she clawed at my chest and ran in the house. I was injured by her and have the pics to prove it, she did not have a single mark anywhere on her. I left in complete bewilderment wondering what the hell just happened. It turns out she called the police and I was arrested the next day. The Lindsey OPP officer would not listen to anything I had to say and would not even look at my injuries. I was given a court date and sent on my way only after I was told that there is a no contact rule in place now. I missed seeing my son for a month and a half because the Kawartha CAS did not call me to give me the ok to begin seeing my son. I had to contact Newmarket CAS and they finally were able to get a hold of the proper people and still no phone call. I left I don't know how many msg with them and no response. I got lucky one time and the person I was looking for answered. This caught her completely off guard when I told her who I was and she instantly began apologizing. This cost me most of my summer visits with my son and I'm sick of it. I now have to go to court again for the fourth time because of this false accusation because I'm pleading not guilty and the crown needs to look into my case very thoroughly even after I explained to them what happened and showed them the pics of my injuries. This whole mess was caused by ONE WOMANS ANGER AND JEALOUSY AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. I'm absolutely disgusted with her and the way I've been treated like a criminal throughout all this. The only thing keeping me sane and in check is my loving fiancé Keely Meade. I love you and can't begin to tell you what your support means to me. You my love are my rock. Thank you Keely Meade
