"Joseph Ceaf Cantrell was born June 12, 1890. He married Mary Stella Gray of Sallisaw, Oklahoma in 1922. She was employed in the Post Office in Wagoner, Oklahoma. He was County Clerk in Wagoner, Oklahoma from 1922 to 1930, and County Treasurer in Wagoner, Oklahoma from 1930 to 1933. He was a World War I veteran.
