However, Mary Evans is not shown in the list of children for James and Narcissus Evans and she would have been his niece. Susan Cantrill Christie shows "Mary Evans, daughter of James Evans," with no mention of Narcissus Cantrell Evans. Could Mary Evans have been a sister of James Evans, with both their father being James Evans?
