"Siletta M. Cantrell was born in DeKalb County, Tennessee, 18 January 1849. She was living at home in 1860 and on 4 June 1866, she married Levi Daughtery Cantrell, son of James and Lucinda Taylor Cantrell and a third cousin, once removed. They had nine children (see his line). Levi D. Cantrell died 31 May 1923 and Siletta died 27 January 1924. They are both buried at the Old Bildad Baptist Church Cemetery." (NOTE FROM RALPH TERRY: Susan Christie gives Levi's middle name as "Dodson," but Charles Cantrell give it as "Daugherty." They were third cousins. Their line is not given in Charles Cantrell's book.)
