"Benjamin Floyd Greer was my grandfather; sadly, he passed away before I could meet him. He had a house on Pidgeon Roost road; it was torn down a couple of years ago. My father was born on the dairy farm that Benjamin and Ninnie had. I have pictures of all of the Greer stones in the Greenleaf Cemetery. I also have contact info for the church, which I still have not taken advantage of. I also have a commerative plate from the church celebrating its founding, given to my grandmother Ninnie in honor of her donations." (Jim Greer, email: jgreer@midsouth.rr.com, November 2003.)
