"Mr. and Mrs. John F. Terry are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Mary Alice, to Donald B. Larson, son of former residents of Coleman, Mr. and Mrs. Carl E. Larson of Marianna, Florida. Wedding vows will be exchanged July 30 in First Baptist Church at Coleman. Miss Terry, 1960 graduate of Coleman High School, attended Texas Woman's University before going to Texas Tech where she received a BS degree in Home Economics Education and Applied Arts. She is now teaching in Monterey High School at Lubbock. Her fiance, also a 1960 graduate of CHS, is a chemistry major at McMurry College. He completed a tour of duty with the Army, being graduated from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. After their marriage he will attend Texas Tech."
