Ono Ottalee Cornelius

1900 Erath County, Texas census. Ona is living in the household of her mother and step-father, James M. Wadlington.

1910 Eastland County, Texas census. Ona is shown as a boarder in the household of J. R. Skinner. She was a milliner

"Ono Ottolee married Carl Witt, a pharmacist in Eastland. At times she worked as a milliner at Knight and Blackshears Dept Store in Eastland. Her mother, (my grandmother), Mrs. J. M. Wadlington lived with Tom Cornelius Family in Pleasant Grove and later lived with Carl and Ono in Three Rivers, Texas and died there. When the time came for them to retire, they entered the Masonic home near Fort Worth. Ono died at age 83. Carl continued to live there until his death. All three are buried in Three Rivers."
