Funeral services of Mrs. Alice Haynes were held Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Skeen near Bethlehem. Interment followed at the family burial ground in Bethlehem Cemetery. Services were conducted by the Rev. A. C. McCorkle, assisted by Rev. A .L. Brewer.
Mrs. Haynes passed away Tuesday night at Mrs. Skeen's home after an illness of several months. She was seventy seven years old.
Mrs. Haynes is survived by three children: Mrs. Will Moore and Mr. Percy Haynes of Winona and Mrs. Skeen of Bethlehem.
Until the death of Mr. Haynes some months ago, Mrs. Haynes made her home in Winona.
