Aquilla GREER is in the 1850 Caldwell Co., KY Census as listed: Aquilla GREER, 53, M, NC; Mary, 56, F, KY; Benj S., 21, M, KY; Mary P., 15, F, KY, (Permelia married William GRIFFITH 5 mar 1845); Amanda F., 14, F, KY, (Amanda Frances married James BLANKS 5 feb 1855); Eliza E., 12, F, KY. He is listed in the 1830 and 1840 Caldwell Co., KY census (not 1820). My gg grandmother was also Aquilla's daughter Ruth Hale GREER b. abt 1820. Not listed in census because she was m. Evan OWEN. A cousin suggests Aquilla's father was Benjamin GREER b. 9 Feb 1746 NC, m. Sarah Atkinson JONES. Benjamin's father John GREER, b. 1714 Baltimore, MD m. Ann "Nancy" WALKER. I do have other info on these GREER's but it is not my research or proved. I am looking for Aquilla's siblings, parents. I would also like information on Eliza E. GREER. I have found B.S.
