(NOTE FROM RALPH TERRY: There is some question as to which children belonged to which wife of Milton Hatcher. I have not seen the marriage license for Milton and Eliza, but different researchers have shown 1883 and 1893. The 1900 census show they had been married 7 years, making it 1893, but on the same census (same line, in fact) Eliza is shown as having 4 children born to her and 4 living, meaning they married in 1883. This would indicate Eliza was only 14 years old at the time of marriage ... not impossible, but not likely. I feel that Eliza and Milton married in 1893, and only the 2 youngest children was hers. If anyone has seen the original marriage record, but pass this information on to me, as this would clear up this question.)
