On November 11, 1986, she was united in marriage to Herbert Clark Hoover, who preceded her in death on January 1, 1995.
Frances was devoted to her family. She worked hard and for many years and was Food Service Supervisor at Western Hills Nursing Home in Comanche, Texas. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Sidney, Texas and later became a member of the West Side Full Gospel Church in White Settlement, Texas.
She Leaves Behind Two Children: Speight Jack Parks of Fort Worth, Texas; Janet Kay Huff and Husband Richard Dale Huff of Fort Worth, Texas; Grandchildren: M’Chelle Huff of Fort Worth and Boyfriend Bradley Beilue of Dallas, Texas; Jason Huff and Wife Heidi of Keller, Texas; Great-Grandchildren: Dustin Drysdale of Fort Worth, Texas; Alanna Drummond of Keller, Texas; Grandson-by-choice: J.D. Sifford and Wife Cristal and their Daughter Treasure of Decatur, Texas; Sisters: Shirley Borges of North Carolina; Lora Lee Ayers of Alabama; Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
