Palmer Family Memorial Library (or) The Elsberry Historical Society in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 107 S. 5th Street; Elsberry, Missouri 63343. For so many years, The Elsberry Democrat and Margaret Ann (Watts) Herring, went hand-in-hand. They were made for each other. If you needed some Elsberry history, she was only a phone call away.
