Individual Details
(Abt, 1805 - )
1850 Montgomery County, Alabama census, Montgomery, Dwelling/Family #1214/1267. Nancy TERRY, 45, female, Georgia; Jos TERRY, 23 (or 25), Alabama; Edna TERRY, 22, Alabama; Mary TERRY, 17, Alabama; Eugenia DURDEN, 14, female, Alabama. (NOTE FROM RALPH TERRY: Eugenia Durden on this census has been by many as Eugenia Terry. The first three children are actually dittoed "Do" but after Eugenia is Durden. I do not know who she is, but is living in Nancy Terry's household. I feel she is related to Eugenia Durden, born in 1856, who married Albert James Pickett, a cousin of Nancy's husband, James Pickett Terry. Also, the male is Jos Terry, not Jas or James. There could have been a James also. Sarah is not shown, but could have already married.)
