"Charles �Bo' Delton Easley, 78, died Tuesday, September 5, 2000, at Twin Rivers Health and Rehab in Arkadelphia. Mr. Easley was born May 27, 1922, in Clark County, the son of the late Tom and Maude Minor Easley. He was pastor of Oak Grove Community Church, a retired mechanic, a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and VFW Chaplain. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Cash Easley, two brothers, Clarence and Connie Easley and one sister, Cora McClure. Survivors include his wife, Mary Williams Easley; two sons, Charles Delton Easley, Jr., of Marlow, Oklahoma, and Caleb Easley of Gurdon; six daughters, Charlene Eckert of Sherwood, Hilda Kaye Carlisle and Linda Gardner both of Boswell, Oklahoma, Dorise Chappell of Prairie Grove, Joyce Frohnappel and Annette Hart both of Greenwood; two brothers, Roy Easley of Gurdon and Elbert Easley of Seagraves, Texas; three sisters, Ruby McClure of Gurdon, Annie Anderson of and Thelma Howard of Ft. Worth, Texas; 19 grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Nathan Rogers officiating. Interment was in Easley Cemetery under the arrangements of Ruggles - Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia."
