Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Chapel for Linnie Maron Dunn, a Merced resident of more than 50 years who died Thursday in a local hospital. He was 72. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Park.
A native of Cameron, Texas. Mr. Dunn was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Moose Lodge 1066 in Merced. Eagles Aerie 2194 in Merced the United Brotherhood of Carpenters No. 1235 and the AARP Senior Social Club.
Mr Dunn is survived by a daughter Doris Coleman, Fresno; two sons Jim Womack, Winton and Preston Dunn, Merced; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
FUNERAL NOTICE - Stratford Funeral Chapel Merced, California - DUNN: In Merced May 22, 1980. Linnie Marion Dunn , father of Doris Coleman; uncle of Preston Dunn. Four grandchildren also survive. Friends are invited to call at the Stratford Evans Merced Chapel and to attend services Tuesday, May 27th at 11 a.m. Rev. John Albright will officiate and the interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Park, Merced.
