George C. Kemper

(October 29, 1807 - July 8, 1889)

George Kemper is listed in the tax records of Fauquier County in 1832, George and his family moved to Goodlettsville, Davidson County, Tennessee in 1833 or 1834. They were the parents of eight children; two of which served in the Civil War and two of which made rifles for the Confederacy.
