Mrs. Katherine Cox, 91, of Union Hill, AL, died Sunday, March 18, 2007 at LaFayette Nursing Home.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 20 at Pleasant Grove Christian Church at 11 a.m. with Rev. Barry Brooks and Rev. Floyd Aikens officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Survivors include one sister Lena Stevens, Smyrna, GA and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cox was retired from the Old Wheeler Hospital and later Wheeler Clinic after 35 years of service.
She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Christian Church of Union Hill.
Pallbearers were Dan Cox, Doug Edmondson, Gerald Allen, Allen Stevens, Bob Finley, Joe Allen and Jason Allen.
Jeff Jones Funeral Home was in charge of funeral arrangements.
