Ursa M. Smalley, (99), passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016 in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. She was born March 2, 1917 to the late Sherman and Loraine Johnson in Annada, Missouri. Ursa was married to the late Edward Smalley for 54 years before his passing in 1989.
She was also preceded in death by her son James Smalley as well as her three siblings Anna, Vercie and Albert.
Survivors include her children, John Smalley of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and Emilee (Charlene) Douglas of Lancaster, California. She leaves behind a host of family and friends to cherish her loving memory.
She was a faithful member of the Germantown (Collegiate Heights) Church of Christ were she attended while residing in Dayton. Funeral Services will take place at the Germantown Church of Christ, 4310 Germantown Pike on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. A 10:00 a.m. viewing will be held at the church prior to the service. Bro. Roger Henderson officiating. Interment West Memory Gardens.
