WILL OF WILLIAM KINDRED SR. Richmond, Madison Co., Kentuck. My body buried in decensy - AMEN. All just debts be paid by my Exers. My Will is that all my children have an equal part of my estate. 1. I have given my son John Kindred and for the benefit of their heirs nin ety-one acres of land valued at @227.50. 2. Also I have deeded to my son Nathaniel Kindred 103 acres valued at $180 .00. 3. Also to my son Dave Kindred 122 acres valued at $180.00. 4. Also to my son Martin Kindred 109 acres valued at $200.00. 5. Also to my son William Kindred 100 acres valued at $200.00. 6. My Will is that the heirs of my daughter Nancy Parks, deceased, sha ll be made equal in value to each of my sons. 7. Also my Will is that my daughter Elizabeth Ramey or the lawful hei rs of her body be made equal to my sons. 8. Also my Will is that Jane Gentry, my daughter or the lawful heirs of h er body be made equal to my sons out of the estate. 9.
