"Carolyn K. Boyle, of Coleman, passed away at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene on Wednesday, December 26. Services will be at 1:00pm on Saturday at the Coleman City Cemetery Pavilion with Rev. Louise Strength officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Walker Funeral Home. She was born June 5, 1946 in Coleman to Isaac Keeney and Ellie Mae Short Keeney. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She had worked many different jobs but being a friend was her best past time. Carolyn was preceeded in death by her parents, her husband Joe Ray Boyle in 1990 and a brother, Isaac Floyd Keeney. She is survived by two sisters, Nancy and husband Bobby Bevills of Sawyer, Oklahoma, and Carolyn and husband Joe Wheeler of Abilene; special friend and companion, Richard Lee Smith of Coleman; numerous nieces and nephews; two very special little men, Sage and Kolton Keeney."
