While living at The Fairmont she grew a variety of plants in her room, created many crafts and loved to read especially books by local authors. She is survived by her daughter, Portia Danielson (Jim), two granddaughters, Meredith Jeter, Canton, Texas and Jana Solhjem (Fro), McLeod, North Dakota; and three great grandchildren, Laney, Sheyenne and Barak Solhjem plus many relatives at "home" in Texas.
