Rosa Lee Kelley

"Rosa Lee Seals, age 95, of Coleman died Monday, July 7, 2003 at Coleman County Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p. m. today (Thursday, July 10, 2003) at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kermit Sorrells officiating and Rev. John Stanislaw assisting. Burial will follow in the Coleman City Cemetery, under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home. Rosa Lee was born April 16, 1908 in Kaufman County, Texas, a daughter of Tom KeIley and Emma Bell Adams Kelley. She moved to Coleman County as a young child and attended schools in the Buffalo Community. She married Clifford L. Seals in 1924 in Coleman. He preceded her in death in 1967. She worked on the family farm and later worked for Grammer�s Department Store in Coleman and worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. J. F. Gaines. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Coleman. Survivors include two daughters, Geraldine Wilder of Coleman and Dorothy Mitchell and husband Robert of Abilene; one brother and sister-in-law, Gordon and Hester Kelley of Abilene; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sybil and Jay Nichols of Hondo and Lena B. and Travis Smith of San Angelo; one granddaughter, Rosemary Mitchell Henderson and husband, James of Keller and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Adolph Kelley and son-in-law, Roy Wilder. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Coleman, 200 East College Street, Coleman, Texas 76834 or the donor�s favorite charity."
