"Luia Mitchell COLEMAN Lula Mae Mitchell, 88, a seamstress, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 1997, in Coleman. Services were held Monday at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Boyd officiating. Burial was at Coleman Cemetery. Arrangements were by Stevens Funeral Home. She was bom in Anson and was a lifetime resident of Coleman. She was a Baptist. SURVIVORS: Sons, Osie Lee Mitchell, Jimmy Wayne Mitchell and Dclbert Mitchell, all of Coleman, and Douglas Mitchell of McCamey; brother, Ike Keeney of Abilene; sisters, Gladys Slayton and Christine Turner, both of Coleman; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren."
