"My father, J. H. "Jim" Greene, moved to Coleman, Texas, but didn't like it there and in 1902 or 1903, he moved to Sanger, Texas. His wife, Alice (Seals) Greene died in 1922 and he married my mother, Martha Marion, who was then an old maid. I was their only child. My Mother's grandmother was Betty (Seals) Dummon. Pleasant Seals, the father of Cordelia (Seals) Hipsher of Santa Anna, Texas was my mothers great-uncle, and his wife Elizabeth (Greene) Seals was my father's great-aunt.
