"Mahaly Conley is my great-greatgrandmother. According to info I have, her son George Washington Conley (Shifflett) was born before she married the Shifflett man. He is supposed to be the son of a Thomas Bullock. I am having trouble learning about him. I know he was in the civil war. George Washington Conley had a son named Charlie Conley, he is my grandfather. I have seen Mahaly's obit and George is listed as a Shifflett, but apparently he went by the name Conley."
