His legal domicile was Mahwah, Bergen County, New Jersey & his temporary local address was Cottage Adrienne, Chemin du Petit Juas, Cannes. He had no family or financial ties in America but paid tax at Baltimore, Md. He was 57 yrs of age, 6’ tall, had blue eyes & grey hair, a fair complexion & tattooing on his right arm.
