No other mention can be found in any other census (either er or ar) or any suitable marriage/death dates

To make sense of this I have merged Charlotte, Emily and Emma C. since I am sure she swaps her name about.

Emma consistently under estimated her age for both the 1891 to 1901 census. Here death certificate gives her birth in 1851

Their father Henry died in 1851 which is confirmed so I think she was born just before her father's death or soon after.
