Hello Teresa,
I have been studying James Wilson 1751-1841 and his descendants, which include you and me. This note, apparently written by you, is about him:

James Wilson and his wife Jeanette migrated to South Carolina in December 1770 from Antrim, Northern Ireland, with the Reverend John Renwick, who brought over his parishioners to Newberry County, South Carolina, and founded the Kings Creek Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in the year 1772.
James Wilson and Jeanette's children:
1. Thomas Wilson 1775 married Jane ( Jincy ) Hooker possibly Murray. Wiliam L Wilson's grandson and grandaughter, who were living in Chambers county when we talked to to them, believed her last name was Hooker. She is buried near William L. and her headstone reads My Daring Mother Jincy.
2. Nargaret Wilson married Joseph Caldwell
3. Francis Wilson married Sarah Brown daughter of Col. Sim Brown
4. James Wilson 1777 married Amelia Brown
5 Mary Elizabeth Wilson married James P. Caldwelll
They may have had more Children.
Above information from thoward964@aol.com (Teresa Howard)

The only source that I have found for James Wilson is Find a Grave Memorial# 29480340. There are also Find a Grave Memorials for his children Francis, Mary Elizabeth, and James, but nothing for Nargaret [Margaret?] or Thomas Wilson, husband of Gincy. Have you found any other sources?

The note states that the headstone for Gincy Wilson (not Jincy) reads, “My Daring Mother Jincy.?In fact, it reads: IN MEMORY OF MY MOTHER GINCY WILSON, WHO DIED MAR 10th 1872. It is Find a Grave Memorial 200334266. Was this stone erected by her son, William L. Wilson?

FamilySearch Family Tree does not include Margaret among the children of James Wilson [LT7X-6WT]. You state that she married Joseph Caldwell. There is a Margaret Wilson, daughter of Sarah Brown, who married Joseph Caldwell, son of Mary Elizabeth Wilson & James P. Caldwell. Could these two couples be mixed up?

Because of the lack of sources, I was not inclined to consider James Wilson to be a confirmed ancestor. However, Ancestry ThruLines shows DNA matches between at least 10 descendants of his son, Thomas & Gincy, plus 1 from Francis Wilson & Sarah Brown, 1 from James Wilson & Amelia Brown, and 2 from Mary Elizabeth Wilson & James Peden Caldwell.

ThruLines makes predictions based on the assumption that the family trees that people have submitted are correct, which they may not be, but the DNA matches are strong evidence that all these probably are siblings, and their parents are the common ancestors of all the DNA matches.
