Judge of the probate for ye county of middlesex; may it please your Honour my Husband William Russell Late of Littleton in said county Husbandman. Lately Died intestate leaving sume small estate; I shall not take administration on ye same not being any ways capable of doing it, I supose my said husbands eldest son Nath[anie]ll Russell will do it, and I desire he may and am your Honours Humble Petitioner her Witnesses Martha X Russell Benja Shattuck marke John Parker Nathaniel Russell granted administration of the estate of his father William Russell, husbandman, of Littleton, 27 December 1745.”
