Death
She died in Beatrice, Nebraska in 1922. One source said April 22 and the other April 24. Her death certificate is Ella Dole. A newspaper clipping said she had suffered a nervous collapse a short time ago, but her condition was not considered serious until the past few days. It also said she died after a brief illness. Death certificate said the cause of death was a cerebral hemorrhage with paralysis and that hyperthyroidism was a contributory. Julia (her mother) also died of a cerebral hemorrhage.Endnotes
