She was a daughter of Thomas III de Furnival, First Lord de Furnival and Joan le Despencer. 
Lady Maud was wife of Roger la Zouche and John de Marmion, II 
Her children were: Alice/Avice de Marmion and Joan Marmion. 
Her siblings were: Eleanor, Katherine, Aline, Thomas, 2nd Baron Furnival, Gerard Eleanor and Anne de Ferres.
Additional information
John Marmion first married Elizabeth before then marrying Maud daughter of Thomas, 1st Lord Furnival and had the following chidren
Robert Marmion (died 1360) of infirm condition and never summoned to Parliament.
Joan Marmion (died 1362), married first John Bernack and then John Folville. Their issue Maud Bernack married Ralph de Cromwell
Avice Marmion, 2nd wife of John de Grey, K.G. of Rotherfield. Their issues John and Robert adopted the Marmion name and their Fitz-Hugh descendants became the eventual heirs of the lands at Winteringham, Tanfield.
