A copy of a manuscript of "Ancient burials in Warren and Barrington R.I." has the entry Easterbrook, John d. Apr 26 1728 a. 60. Buried in Kickemuit Cemetery, Warren, Bristol, R.I. (NEHGR V.?, Oct. 1894, p. 442)
Note: The winged face of the angel at the top of his stone is a "symbol of the soul in flight to Heaven."
