Ada Luella Delo

A funeral service for Ada Luella Boyer, formerly of Emlenton, who died in the hospital at Sapulpa, OK on May 29, 1943, was held in the Salem Lutheran Church on June 1, 1943, with Rev. F.F. Fisher, pastor of St. Mark's Reformed Church, officiating. Mrs. Boyer was visiting in the home of her sister, Mrs. C.E. Knappenberger in Salpupa when she became ill on May 22. She was born near Salem on January 18, 1861, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Daniel M. Delo. She married I.B. Heasley and resided for a time in Oil City and Tionesta. After the death of Mr. Heasley she married the late Abraham Lincoln Boyer. She is survived by four sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Ida L. Logue, her twin sister, Pittsburgh; Mrs. Eva L. Best, Clarion; Mrs. Mary O. Crawford, Barnsdall, OK; Mrs. Edith C. Knappenberger, Sapulpa; Edgar B. Delo, Sapulpa and Harry D. Delo, Pittsburgh. Interment in Salem Lutheran Church Cemetery.
