Know all Men by these presents that John and Lucy Ivory of Shirley in the County of Middlesex Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Pounds to us in hand paid by Chandler Russell of Charlestown in the County and State aforesaid Yeoman the Receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge and for divers other good causes and considerations we hereunto moving, Do, for ourselves and our heirs, Remise, Release, Sell and forever Quit claim unto the Chandler Russell his heirs & assigns two pieces or Tracts of land the one lying in Charlestown the other lying in Cambridge in the County of Middlesex and State aforesaid, the same being the whole of the Lands left to us by our mother Mary Russell late of Cambridge be the number of Acres more or less -- Together with all the estate, Right Title, Interest, Use Property Claim and Demand whatsoever, of us the said John and Lucy Ivory which we now have or at any time heretofore had, of in and to the aforementioned Premises with the appurtenances as to any part thereof, or at any time heretofore has been held, used occupied or enjoyed as part or parcel of the same. To have and to hold all the afore granted and bargained Premises with the appurtenances to him the said Chandler Russell his heirs and assigns forever, with the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof; or any part or parcel thereof forever; So that neither we the said John and Lucy Ivory nor our heirs nor any other person or persons claiming from or under us or them, or in the name, right, or stead of us or them shall or will, by any way or means, Have Claim Challenge or demand any Estate Right, Title or Interest of in and to the aforesaid Premises with the appurtenances or any part or parcel thereof forever. In Witness whereof we the said John and Lucy Ivory have hereunto set our hands and seals this eighth Day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety three, John Ivory and seal. Lucy Ivory and seal. Signed sealed and delivered in presence of us John Kelsey, Joshua Longley. Middlesex June 8th, 1793. Personally attended the within named John Ivory and Lucy his wife and acknowledged the within Instrument by them subscribed to be their free act and Deed before Joshua Longley Justice of the Peace. Middlesex Cambridge Feby. 20th 1795 Received by Abraham Biglow Esq. Clerk of the County of Common Pleas and accordingly entered. By Samuel Bartlet Regr.
