July 26, 2024: WAS THIS DONE AND FIXED SO CORRECT PEOPLE ARE ATTACHED NOW
Was incorrectly merged with #35789950, who is buried in Ipswitch, Mass. To those concerned, the following message has been sent to Find a Grave, 6/13/2024.
"Memorial # 161656731 Thomas French (1610-1679) was merged in error with # 35789950 Thomas French (1608-1680). I'm sure the person who requested the merger meant well but these are not the same person. The merger has left a very messed up memorial.
Do you have any way to reverse the merger? Will a new memorial need to be created for the Thomas that was in # 35789950 and his family linked to the new memorial, which will unlink them from the merged memorial once they are correctly linked. That's a lot of work for someone else's mistake."
Hopefully, a reversal can be done. If not, I will take the time to fix this. It is important to be accurate here.
