Stephen Boyd Bryan, a resident of Guthrie, Oklahoma, peacefully passed away on May 15th, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 49. He was born January 25, 1975 in Oklahoma City. Stephen graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in 1994 before pursuing higher education at the University of Oklahoma for four years. In 1999, he moved to Los Angeles, California, where he worked in restaurant management and later transitioned to become a successful mortgage broker. In 2010, he returned to Oklahoma City, residing in Norman and eventually settling in Guthrie. Throughout his life, Stephen encountered both triumphs and tribulations, but his unwavering passion for sports, particularly for the University of Oklahoma teams, remained a constant source of joy. Stephen was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Eubanks Demps. He will be remembered by his father, Stephen Bryan and his sisters, Susan Sparks from Fort Worth, Texas, and Kathleen Bryan from Noble, Oklahoma. A celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie. There will not be any visitation.
