Mrs. Carter died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002, at her home. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Levelland, Texas, under direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. She was born in Ukiah, Calif., to Jim and Gloria Middleton Eubanks. She graduated from Grady High School, Grady, N. M. in 1991, and attended Lubbock Christian University. She married Rodney O. Carter on Oct. 31, 1993, in Lubbock, Texas. She was a resident of Lubbock from 1991 to 1994. She and her husband moved to Fort Riley, Kan., in 1994; to Lawton in 1996; to Teague, Texas, in 1998; and to Fort Sill in 1999. She was a member of the Belles of the Wichitas from 1999 to 2000. She was also a member of University Drive Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, of the home; a daughter, Lilyiane K. Carter, of the home; her parents, Teague; two brothers: Blaine Eubanks, Lubbock; and L. Blake Eubanks, Holly, Mich.; paternal grandparents, Farris and Doris Eubanks, Kingwood, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, C.H. and Telona Middleton; and an uncle, Kenneth Wayne Middleton. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1305 W. Gore, Suite A, Lawton 73501, or to Hospice of Lawton Area, P.O. Box 2074, Lawton 73502. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Funeral for Charie Blyndia Carter, 31, Fort Sill, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at University Drive Church of Christ with Mike Bentley officiating.
