Death
There is some discrepancy on his Death Certificate. His date of birth is listed as Apr. 4, 1961 (it should be 1861?). His headstone says 1868. The death certificate also says he died, aged 78Y 9M 19D, which would be consistent with an 1861 DOB...He died of chronic myocarditis, with arteriosclerosis as a contributing factor.
