Charles McGuigan, 80, of Wickliffe, died Dec. 27, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born Nov. 5, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio.
Charles is the loving husband of the late Judith; beloved father of Jennifer, Charles (Diane), Christine (Charles) Carrigan, Richard (Kris), Robert (Stacey); grandfather of Zachary, Sarah, Kayla, Emma, Danielle and Samantha McGuigan, Bryan, Kate and Erin Carrigan, Claire and Matthew Pilarski; brother of June Biggins; brother in law of Linda (Don) Christen; uncle and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Myrtle; brother, William; brother in law, James Biggins.
Dad lived a selfless life, his family and friends always came first.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday Dec. 30 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 32114 Vine St. in Willowick. Interment will take place at a later date at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
The family will receive friends at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave. in Willoughby on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
