William Eugene Carter, age 59, of Casa, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013. He was born June 10, 1953 in Little Rock, Arkansas a son of the late Billy G. Carter and Bonnie Dale Ray Carter.
He was owner-operator of William E. Carter Plumbing and Heating, and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Godwin Carter; son, Billy Carter III and wife, Shannon of Richmond, Vriginia; sisters, Carol Carter and Lynn Osburn and husband Roy all of Casa; granddaughter, Madison Carter; mother-in-law, Jodie McKinzie of Jessieville; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 25, at the Harris Chapel with Mary Daniels officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24th.
