Linda Davis Obituary
Linda Lou Davis, 72, of Benton, passed away Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016. She was born June 13, 1944, in Saline County.
Linda retired from Saline Memorial Hospital and was a member of Fairplay Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James C. and Alma Davis; her husband, Jackie D. Davis; and a sister, Jannie Riggan.
She is survived by a son, Jimmy Don Davis of Benton; a daughter, Ellen Ziegler of Lonsdale; a sister, Mary Wright of Benton; two grandchildren, Jenny Gipson and Jimmy Don Davis Jr.; and two great-grandchildren, Karsyn Davis and Natalie Davis.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Aug. 23, at Ashby Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, at Fairplay Cemetery. Bro. Mark Shelnut and Bro. Mitchell Shelnut will conduct the service.
