Virginia H. Moore was welcomed home by the Lord on Saturday, July 23, 2016. She was ninety years old and the widow of the late Robert E. “Bob" Moore of Union City, Georgia.
Arrangements will be handled by Parrott Funeral Home in Fairburn. Visitation will not be held.
A graveside service will be for the family only at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in College Park with Assoc. Pastor Doug Johnson officiating.
She was a member of Heatherwood Baptist Church, volunteered at South Fulton Medical Center, Christian City Library and at the Born Again thrift store for Hospice.
Surviving are her two sons, F. Michael Adams and his wife Sandy of Marietta; William C. Adams and his wife Lauri of Conyers; a daughter-in-law, Judye Moore Heim of Austin, Texas: a brother, Grady Hamrick and his wife Jackie of Jacksonville, Florida; Beverly Moore Robinson of Houston, Texas; eight gra ndchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by children Michael Moore and Sandra Moore Buckley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Southwest Christian Hospice, Union City, Georgia.
