GREER, SC - Sylvia Sudduth Holtzclaw, 56, of 104 Overbrook Drive, died May 16, 2003.
A native of Greer, she was a daughter of the late Vinson (Bill) and Ruth Garrett Sudduth and a member of First Baptist Church, and was branch manager for Blue Ridge Savings and Loan. Surviving are two sons, Kevin Holtzclaw of Greer and David Holtzclaw of Tallahassee, Florida. Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Monday at First Baptist church, Greer, conducted by Dr. Wilson Nelson, the Rev. Dan Dather and Dr. Dennis Holtzclaw. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
The family is at the home and will receive friends at The Wood Mortuary, today from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to Greer First Baptist Youth Ministry, 202 West Poinsett Street, Greer, SC 29650, or Greer Fire Department Explorers, 103 West Poinsett Street, Greer, SC 29650.
