Memorial services for Skipper Freshour, 46, will be held Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Solid Rock Baptist Church in Zavalla with Bro. Jackson Colwell officiating.
Mr. Freshour was born August 18, 1968 in Lufkin, Texas. He went home to be with the Lord on June 10, 2015 in Tempe, Arizona.
Skip was a loving husband, father, son and brother. He worked in the construction industry before moving to Arizona.
He enjoyed reading the Bible and taking his dog for walks. His family and his dog, Max, were the joys in his life.
Survivors include: his wife Pam Freshour and step-daughter Roni Quinn of Tempe, Arizona; his father and stepmother, George and Susan Freshour of Zavalla; his mother and stepfather, Elmer and Joe Pittman of Zavalla; sisters and brothers-in- law, Angela and Billy Lee of Hudson, Michele and Stuart Nelson of Zavalla, Terri and Bruce Runnels of Lufkin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bruce and Debbie Johnson of Zavalla, Van and Alice Johnson of Lufkin; a number of nieces, nephews aunts, uncles, and special friends.
