Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, September 26, 2001, at Hinton-Gibson Funeral Home; burial in Brooking Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm, Tuesday, September 25, at the funeral home.
Miss Allen was born December 31, 1962 , in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended Baker University, Avila University, and had an associate degree from Johnson County Community College.
Survivors include mother, M. Gayle Vilmer and step-father, Dr. Stephen E. Vilmer of Prairie Village; father, Richard W. Allen and step-mother, Terry Hodges of Raytown, Missouri; grandfather, Richard A. Allen, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and her devoted and loving companion, Bernie Levitch.
