Kimberly Louise (Templeton) Laughlin, 43, of Rosebud, TX passed away after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the home of her mother in Houston, TX while under hospice care. She was born in San Antonio, TX; the daughter of Jerry Templeton of League City, TX and Rebecca Templeton of Houston, TX. She grew up in Houston and attended Clear Creek High School. She is survived by her loving partner, Sean Hausman; her sons Zachary Woodland of Houston, TX, Hunter Woodland of Seabrook, TX, and Kris Laughlin Jr of Rosebud, TX; daughter Kylie Laughlin of Rosebud, TX; and her parents Jerry Templeton of League City, TX and Rebecca Templeton of Houston, TX. She is also survived by her sisters Lianne Templeton of Houston, TX, Melissa Templeton of Alvin, TX, and Ashley along with her husband Jacob Goodale of New Jersey.
Kimberly worked as a school secretary for Rosebud Lott ISD. She touched the lives of many students, teachers, and parents. Kim loved to cook for her family and friends. She especially loved cooking in barbeque cook offs and won many prizes. Her spirit, smile, and cooking will be missed by all.
Cremains were buried on July 25, 2019, the one year anniversary of her death.
