Services for Charlie Knowles, 71, of Belton, will be 11 am Thursday, May 9, 2019, at the Eubank Funeral Chapel in Canton with Bro. Steve Glosup officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
Mr. Knowles passed away May 5, 2019 in Temple. He was born August 25, 1947 in Canton to Elmer Jackson and Merle Beatrice Blue Knowles.
Charlie worked for Dr. Pepper, Coca Cola and then retired from Clear Source Bottling Company. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Knowles is preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers: Jack and Daniel Knowles.
Charlie is survived by his wife of 35 years, Katherine Cochran Knowles of Belton; daughter, Lisa and Brian Terry of Alabama; two grandchildren: Chelci Williams and Bradley Terry; one great-grandchild; brother, Doug and Kay Knowles of Tyler; two sisters: Patsy Foster of Kemp and Becky and Lynn Wallace of Canton; and a sister-in-law, Janet Hert of Burleson.
Pallbearers will be Billy Knowles, Bobby Knowles, Robert Knowles, Rick Foster, Ron Laymance, Steve McConathy and Ricky McGraw.
