Marjorie Samuelson, 68, of Lorrance, [sic] Calif., died Jan. 27, 1992. Her brother is of Northfield. Samuelson was born May 28, 1923 to Carl and Lillian Almen in Dundas. After graduating in 1941 from Northfield High School, Samuelson went to California to work at Douglas Aircraft. There she met her first husband, Herbert Strickland. The couple had a daughter. Preceding her in death were her parents and first husband. Survivors include a daughter, two grandsons, a great-grandson, a sister, two brothers, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Jan. 31, at Roosevelt Chapel of Faith. Interment was at Roosevelt Memorial Park in Gardena, Calif.
