Verna C. Rolfson October 27, 1912 - June 4, 2007 A longtime Tacoma resident, Verna C. Rolfson passed away peacefully in her sleep Monday, June 4th. Verna has gone to join her husband, Clarence "Shocky" Rolfson, her daughter, Mary Ann Rolfson, and her son Rodney Rolfson. Verna is survived by a brother, Fred Peck, two sisters, Esther Rasmussen and Ruth Darland, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at 2pm in the Evergreen Chapel at New Tacoma Cemetery. Donations may be made to Multicare Hospice.
